Refund and cancellation policy

What you can buy

• Plus: ₹699 a month as an auto-renewing subscription (payments in INR), or $9.99 as a one-time payment for 30 days that does not renew (payments in USD). Includes 800 AI credits a month.
• Pro: ₹1,499 a month as an auto-renewing subscription (payments in INR), or $14.99 as a one-time payment for 30 days that does not renew (payments in USD). Includes 3,000 AI credits a month.

Cancelling

• Monthly subscriptions (INR): cancel at any time from the Plans page in the app. No further payments are taken, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• One-time plans (USD): these never renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Access ends when the period you bought ends.

Refunds

• Unused purchases: if you have not used any AI credits from a payment, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of that payment.
• Used purchases: once AI credits from a payment have been used, that payment is not refundable, and we do not refund part of a month or period.
• Charged twice, or charged after cancelling: we refund the extra payment in full.
• Service problems: if a fault on our side stopped you from using a paid plan, contact us and we will refund or extend it.
• Unused AI credits have no cash value and are not refunded on their own.

How to ask

Email 123royalbabu@gmail.com from your account’s email address with the payment date and amount (or the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt). We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
